The tasting cabinet, also known as the service or daytime cabinet in the restaurant business, offers the possibility within a single wine cabinet to produce a range of temperatures, from 7° to 17°C. With a tasting cabinet, you will serve fine white, red or rosé wines and champagnes at their optimal temperature. The storage cabinet runs at a temperature of 12° to 14°C, the range recommended for storage of all wines, whether white or red, recent or aged. A constant temperature and 70% hygrometry reproduce the ideal conditions of a natural cellar and guarantee the proper ageing of your entire collection.
